I was browsing version 2 of my site just a few hours ago, and I realised how much I disliked my current logo here on Shinyshell. Maybe it just got a bit boring, so I drew this fresh and more interesting one.

I think there will be a series of such logos, depicting the various stages in the making of this website. This is still an "alpha" version -- the logo accurately reflects the state of the website. For beta and gamma I may make different ones, though I conceptually like this one, as it shows what kind of work I do. Hahaha.

Also, I am in the process of developing my first product for shinyshell, a shoutbox that will use AJAX and lots of Javascript to make it smooth and responsive. Might not be the first shoutbox you've seen, but it'll be feature-packed with a control panel, and the possibility of easily assigning moderators to manage shouts in it. It's going to be pretty good, so look out for it (when I complete it, I'll finally add a proper navbar to the site)

The only thing left for you to do is to link the logo with the wikipedia article on turtles. And, yes, it seems the turtle's not glinting anymore - wasn't it supposed to have a shiny shell? Je vous en prie.
