I've been doing some work on the fourth version of shinyshell, codenamed "Latte". The new version will bring some moderate changes, including a new cleaner layout and less features.

I'll be making a few improvements to the site, mostly content-oriented rather than feature-oriented. Also, I'll be making general repairs, cleaning up some dense and messy code and leftover files, as well as bringing new features (and getting the OpenID login to work... somehow).

Right now, if anyone wants to be a beta tester, I can upgrade your account so you'll be able to see the new layout that's in place. If you do, you'll get a glossy "beta tester" rank (as a "reward" - you get a cool turquoise green set of arrows after your name). Well I know Nick will probably want this, as for the rest, it's on the table, but I'll only grant it to people who visit now and again.

This layout is unimportant anyway. I'm going to be redoing practically the whole site, since I've currently got a lot of redundant code and such. The real version 4.0 will be a lot better than Shinyshell has been so far. I'll have proper tutorials, for example.
